Shipping
We ship all orders from the United States. Standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days，Custom products take about three weeks. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
At DUCAT CASE, we want you to love your phone case! However, because our products are customized just for you:

Personalized/custom phone cases cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes cases with names, photos, or any custom design.

Non-custom phone cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return for non-custom items, contact us at [your support email/link] with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
